The Huey
Helicopter Company is based at the V&A
Waterfront Helipad
and is a sister company to Sport
Helicopters who have been flying passengers
around Cape Town and the Western Cape for the last
17 years.
The Huey Helicopter Company is the only Huey Helicopter Operator based at the
V&A Waterfront, Cape Town and is fully licensed and certified by the Air Service Licensing Council of South Africa and the South
African Civil Aviation Authority. |

our HUEY's
HISTORY
The huey that we are flying has done two tours in
Vietnam and spent a great deal of its life training
pilots at Fort Rucker, Alabama. After purchasing
the helicopter, it was stolen by a sheriff and used
without consent during the aftermath of Hurricane
Katrina. A federal court order returned the helicopter
to its rightful owner. We invite you to experience
not only the most memorable aircraft of all time,
but our love for this Huey!
